Laat al roerend in 5 min. op laag vuur gaar worden (roux). Voeg al roerend met een garde <strong>de rest <\/strong>van de bouillon toe. Breng aan de kook, voeg de nootmuskaat toe en laat de saus 5 min. op laag vuur koken. Roer regelmatig.<br \/><br \/>Rasp ondertussen de gruy\u00e8re. Neem de pan van het vuur en roer de mosterd en kaas erdoor.
