Pers de knoflook uit. Was en snij de champignons.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden (3D hetelucht).<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit de olijfolie in een pan en fruit de uisnippers samen met de knoflook.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg kerriepoeder toe en roer dit goed door.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de gehakt toe. Mix blikje tomatensaus er door.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de champignons toe en bak dit zo&#8217;n 10 minuten mee.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg na 5 minuten de zuurkool toe samen met peper en zout en bak dit zo&#8217;n 5 minuten mee.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de vulling klop je 4 eieren\u00a0en meng dit met zure room, 1 eetlepel mosterd en breng het op smaak met zout en peper. Voeg de helft van de peterselie of bieslook.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe de taartdeeg in de springvorm. Deeg iets groter maken met deegrolller. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe het mengsel van ui, gehakt en champignons in de ovenschaal en opvergiet het met het eiermengsel (goed verdelen).<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bak de taart ongeveer 40 minuten op 200 graden. Laat de taart 10 minuten uitdampen voordat je deze aansnijdt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maak het sausje door 1 eetlepel grove mosterd te mengen met 200 ml cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en breng het op smaak met zout en peper.
