Leg de stukken zalm op een bakplaat.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng de soja, oestersaus en het citroensap en geraspte gember, fijn gesneden pepertje door elkaar.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Strijk met een kwast het mengsel over de zalm (bewaar het overgebleven sap voor de noedels). Zet ze ongeveer 9 tot 14 minuten in een oven van 170 graden en bestrooi de zalm met sesamzaadjes. De zalm mag nog een beetje ros\u00e9 van binnen blijven.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de noedels gaar in ruim kokend water en giet ze af.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Roer het overgebleven sapje (eventueel wat meer) waar je de zalm mee gelakt heb door de noedels heen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tauge even warm maken. Koriander snijden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snij de groenten in de gewenste formaat. Zet een pan op met ruim kokend water en breng deze op smaak met zout. Blancheer de groenten gaar en leg ze rechtstreeks op de noedels.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rasp de komkommer en voeg de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten toe. Roer dit goed door elkaar.
