Breng een grote pan met ruim water en een flinke snuif zout aan de kook. Kook de aardappelblokjes in ongeveer 10 tot 15 minuten gaar. Giet de aardappelen af en doe ze terug in de pan om gaar te stomen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Schil de appels, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd de appels daarna in blokjes. Snijd de uien in halve ringen. Verhit de boter in een grote koekenpan en bak\u00a0hierin\u00a0op medium vuur de appel en ui ongeveer 10 tot 12 minuten zacht en goudbruin.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bak de spekreepjes in hun eigen vet in een andere koekenpan, gaar en krokant.<br \/>Kook ondertussen ook de rookworst.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe de gestoofde appel en ui bij de uitgestoomde aardappelen en stamp tot een\u00a0puree, zo grof als fijn als je wil. Doe de mosterd erbij en kruid met\u00a0peper.
