Doe ze in een grote stoofpan samen met de spekblokjes en bak alles even aan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe daar de rode wijn, azijn, tomatenpuree, laurier, tijm en kruidnagel bij en laat dit 60 minuten zachtjes stoven.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snij ondertussen de wortel in blokjes, maak de champignons schoon en schil de aardappels. Voeg de dit allemaal aan de pan toe en laat nog 30 minuten zachtjes garen met de deksel op de pan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Haal de deksel van de pan, giet de zilveruien af en voeg dit toe. Als het vlees gaar is breng je het op smaak. Hak de peterselie fijn en doe dit bij het vlees. Als de boeuf bourguignon iets te waterig is kan je het wat binden met een beetje aardappelzetmeel.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de mousseline schil en kook je de aardappels. Stoom ze droog en stamp ze. Voeg de boter, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, nootmuskaat en de melk toe. Roer tot een gladde massa. Als er nog klontjes doorheen zitten kan je het nog door een zeef halen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Neem een diep bord.
