Prik de cherrytomaatjes met een scherp mes een beetje in en leg ze in een ovenschaal. Bestrooi de tomaten met olie, peper, zout en wat oregano en bak ze 10 min af in de voorverwarmde oven.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Hak de tenen knoflook fijn en snij de kippendijen in stukken van ongeveer 3 cm. Verhit een scheutje olie in een hapjespan. Bak eerst de knoflook en daarna de kip goudbruin. Voeg de champignons toe en bak deze ook goudbruin. Blus af met de witte wijn en verkruimel het bouillonblokje erbij. Roer het goed door en als de witte wijn verdampt is, voeg je de kookroom toe. Breng het aan de kook en rasp als laatste de Parmezaanse kaas erdoor (bewaar wat kaas voor de garnering). Voeg de peterselie en de gesneden bosui toe.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de pasta volgens de bereidingswijze beetgaar. Even uit laten lekken in vergiet.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong>L<\/strong>eg eerst de pasta op het bord.
