Bekleed de bodem van de springvorm met bakpapier. Smelt 75 g boter in een steelpan op laag vuur. Doe ondertussen de biscuits in de keukenmachine en maal fijn. Meng het biscuitkruim met de gesmolten boter en het amandelmeel. Schep in de springvorm en druk goed aan. Bak de bodem ca. 15 min. in het midden van de oven.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Breng ondertussen een pan met het water aan de kook en kook de pompoen 8 min. Giet af en laat 5 min. staan. Stamp de pompoen met een pureestamper tot puree. Schep in een zeef en laat uitlekken. Meng met een garde de puree met de gecondenseerde melk, suiker, eieren, speculaaskruiden en het zout tot een samenhangend geheel. Vet de springvorm in met de rest van de boter. Schenk in de springvorm.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verlaag de temperatuur van de oven naar 150 \u00b0C. Bak de taart in het midden van de oven ca. 90 min.
