Leg de kipfilet hierin en laat deze 1 nacht marineren.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit een scheutje (wok)olie in een wok of grote hapjespan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe de kip met marinade in de pan en bak tot deze lichtbruin begint te kleuren en bijna gaar is.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook ondertussen de egg noodles volgens aanwijzing op de verpakking (4 min.) en zet deze apart. Afgieten en met koud water afspoelen. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de ui toe aan de kip en schep deze om.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe de gesneden groente erbij en bak deze op hoog vuur mee totdat ze beetgaar zijn.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de egg noodles en de rest van de ketjap en oestersaus toe. Meng alles goed door elkaar en laat het heet worden.
