class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de tomaten en de harissa toe, leg een deksel op de pan en laat ca. 15 minuten pruttelen tot de saus wat ingedikt is.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook intussen de pasta volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking in water met wat zout.<br \/>Houd een kopje kookwater achter en giet de paste af.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de garnalen over de lengte net niet helemaal door en klap ze open als een vlinder. Voeg de garnalen toe aan de saus en kook 2-3 minuten verder tot ze roze kleuren.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Roer de boter en basilicum er doorheen.<br \/>Meng de pasta door de saus en voeg naar behoefte kookwater toe tot dat het geheel lekker smeu\u00efg wordt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Serveer in diepe borden met een schepje yoghurt en wat blaadjes
