Kook ook de sperziebonen ca 10 minuutjes in een pan met water, ze mogen nog best een beetje knapperig en beetgaar zijn. Snijd de tempeh in plakken en daarna in stukken en bak deze in een pan met een scheutje wokolie 5 minuten op hoog vuur, voeg eventueel de laatste minuut nog een scheutje ketjap toe voor extra smaak en kleur.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de komkommer doormidden in de lengte en verwijder eventueel het waterige gedeelte en snijd in plakjes. Schep wat rijst op een bord en vervolgens wat sperziebonen, tauge, komkommer, tempeh en een gehalveerd ei. Schep wat van de warme pindasaus er op en serveer de Indonesische gado gado met wat kroepoek en gebakken uitjes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de spits kool in de keukenmachine (SG\/2). Doe in de wok pan met een beetje olie. Als laatste de taug\u00e9 er bij.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tip: is je pindasaus te dik geworden? Voeg dan een beetje melk of water toe.
