Kook de eieren zeven\u00a0minuten en laat ze schrikken in koud water, zodat ze makkelijk te pellen zijn. In de tussentijd maak je een marinade. Neem een\u00a0deciliter\u00a0gekookt water en voeg de suiker eraan toe. Meng het met een garde en voeg de sojasaus, azijn en de verse gember toe. Na het pellen dompel je de eieren onder in de marinade en zet je de kom in de koelkast. Laat de eieren vier\u00a0tot zes\u00a0uur marineren in de sojasausmix. Hoe langer je de eieren laat marineren, hoe intenser de smaak wordt.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ga verder met het maken van de nasi. Kook de rijst zoals aangegeven op de verpakking.\u00a0Maak de tenen knoflook en het uitje schoon. Maal de knoflook, ui, peper, laos en het bouillonblokje tot een pasta in de keukenmachine.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Giet de rijst af. Verhit een wok en bak de pasta in twee\u00a0eetlepels olie op middelhoog vuur. Schep de witte rijst erdoor en bak een paar minuten mee. Breng op smaak met de ketjap manis, eventueel een snufje zout en roer de laatste minuut de ringetjes bosui mee.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de sperziebonen of paksoi.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Neem een koekenpan en verhit deze met een scheutje olie. Rul hierin de tofu goudbruin. Voeg de kurkuma en de kala namak toe.
