class=\"directions-title\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"directions-list\"><li class=\"direction-step\">Snij de kip in stukjes en doe deze in een kom met alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de marinade en meng deze goed door elkaar. Laat 15 minuten staan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de noedels volgens aanwijzingen op de verpakking in water en zout. Giet af en spoel met koud water na en laat deze uitlekken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit 1 el wokolie in de wok op hoog vuur. Schep de kip met marinade in de pan en roerbak 3-4 minuten tot de kip rondom goudbruin en gaar is. Haal de kip uit de pan en houd deze apart. <br \/><br \/>Verhit nogmaals 1 el wokolie in de pan en fruit er de knoflook, de gember en de lente-ui ca. 2 minuten in. Voeg de paksoi (eerst dikke en dan dunne reepjes) toe en roerbak paar minuten verder tot hij geslonken is (<strong>niet te lang anders blijft er niets over<\/strong>). Giet eventueel wat vocht af en meng het maizena. Voeg het sausje nu weer toe aan het gerecht. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de peper, noedels, de sojasaus en de rijstwijn toe en meng alles goed door elkaar. Doe de kip terug in de pan en roerbak kort verder tot het geheel goed heet is. Voeg nog een scheutje sesamolie naar smaak toe en server in warme kommen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
