de parmezaanse kaas in de keukenmachine.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de aardappelen in plakken in de keukenmachine en kook ze in ca. 7 minuten beetgaar in de magnetron.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Was en droog de courgette en snijd deze in plakken in de keukenmachine.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In droge koekenpan spekblokjes zachtjes uitbakken. Ui toevoegen en circa 2 minuten meebakken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de oven voor op 200 \u00b0C 3D hete lucht. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Vet de quiche spring vorm in met de rest van de boter. Bekleed de quichevorm met de deeg. Deeg even met de roller iets groter maken.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Strooi paneermeel op de bodem en 1\/3 van de parmezaanse kaas.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Leg de aardappelschijfjes er boven op. Stooi de helft van de parmezaanse kaas er overheen met wat peper. Doe de spekjes en ui eroverheen. Leg hierboven op de plakjes courgette. Bestrooi met de laatste kaas, basilicum en nog wat paneermeel.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Klop de eieren los en meng deze met de room. Giet dit over het gerecht heen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Zet de vorm ca. 40 minuten in de oven.
