Kipfilet in stukjes snijden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In hapjespan: Uien ca. 3 minuten zachtjes bakken zonder te laten kleuren. Rijst toevoegen en 5 minuten al roerend meebakken. Piment, peper, laurier, boillontables en rozijnen er door roeren. Gevogeltefond en 1\/4 liter water erbij gieten en rijst al roerend aan de kook brengen. Rijst afdekken en ca. 30 minuten gaar en bijna  droog koken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In koekenpan de rest van de boter verhitten en pijnboompitten lichtbruin bakken; af en toe omscheppen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In koekenpan olijfolie verhitten en kip rondom lichtbruin en gaar bakken. Bestrooien met peper en zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Pilafrijst afdekken en 5 minuten laten staan. Peterselie en dille fijn snijden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Uitgelekte kip en pijnboompitten door rijst roeren. Op smaak brengen met zout en peper. Verse kruiden erover strooien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tzatziki. Knoflook persen. Komkommer schillen en zaadjes verwijderen en in kleine blokjes snijden. Yoghurt, Komkommer, olie en azijn erdoor roeren. Op smaak brengen met peper, zout en suiker.
