door het gehakt. Verdeel het gehakt in vier gelijke delen. Maak van ieder deel eerst een bal en rol deze daarna tot een grote dikke staaf.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Leg de plakjes spek neer, leg daar de gehaktstaven op. Vouw ze dicht en rol ze na. Let op: In de video kan je de juiste techniek hiervoor zien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de piccalilly schil je de wortel en snijd deze net zoals de ui, bloemkool en augurk in kleine gelijke blokjes.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Zet de azijn en suiker op in een gietijzeren pan en breng dit aan de kook. Voeg dan de groente toe en laat 15 minuten zachtjes koken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Schil de aardappels voor de stamppot en kook ze gaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ga verder met de piccalilly. Meng de bloem met het water, de specerijen en het zout tot een papje. Voeg een klein beetje kookvocht bij het papje en roer dit goed door. Voeg nu het papje toe aan de pan met groente en azijn en breng al roerend met een houten lepel aan de kook. Laat vijf\u00a0minuten doorkoken. Doe de piccalilly in schone potjes zodat je het langer kan bewaren.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Braad de slavinken zo\u2019n 20 minuten in een pan met een klontje boter.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Als de aardappelen gaar zijn stoom je ze kort droog. Stamp ze met de boter en voeg de melk en mosterd toe. Snijd de veldsla iets kleiner en meng dit door de stamppot. Hak de Amsterdamse uien en roer dit erdoor heen.
