De gist oplossen in het lauwwarme water en met de olie bij de bloem roeren. Het deeg goed doorkneden, tot het soepel en elastisch is. Dan bakpapier op aanrecht op maat knippen van bakplaat en deeg er over uitsmeren. Handen en deegroller inwrijven met bloem en over bakpapier verdelen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Oven voorverwarmen op 200 \u00b0C.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In kom de geitenkaas met kookroom losroeren. Eieren, zout en peper en tijm erdoor kloppen.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Courgettes wassen, uiteinden eraf snijden en met kaasschaaf of keukenmachine lange plakken van courgette snijden. Brede plakken in lengte halveren. In schaal courgette linten voorzichtig omscheppen met olie.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Roommengsel over deegbodem uitstrijken en courgette-linten losjes erop leggen. De olijven over deegbodem verdelen. Grof peper erboven malen en bestrooien met zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Plaattaart in 25-30 min. in oven goudbruin en gaar bakken.
