class=\"directions-title\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"directions-list\"><li class=\"direction-step\">Was voor de zoetzure komkommer de komkommer en snijd hem met een gegolfd mes in plakken van ca. \u00bd cm dik. Bestrooi de plakken komkommer met het zout en laat ca. 30 minuten in een vergiet staan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Breng intussen in een pannetje de azijn met de suiker en de chilivlokken aan de kook. Hak de dille fijn. Dep de komkommers goed droog met een schone doek en meng de dille erdoorheen. Doe in een pot en giet er het hete azijnmengsel op. Sluit af en laat afkoelen. Laat minstens 24 uur staan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verdeel het gehakt in 8 gelijke stukken van 100 g en rol er losjes balletjes van. Druk een beetje plat.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bak de plakjes ontbijtspek op een hete bakplaat of in een droge, hete koekenpan knapperig in ca. 5 minuten. Neem van de plaat en houd apart. Snijd de broodjes doormidden en rooster op het snijvlak kort op de bakplaat.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Leg nu de burgers op de hete bakplaat, leg er wat van de gesneden ui bovenop en druk met de bodem van een zware pan de burgers goed plat. Laat nog 3 minuten bakken en keer de burgers dan met behulp van een brede spatel voorzichtig om. Bak nog 3-4 minuten tot de ui mooi gekaramelliseerd is. Bestrooi de burgers met wat zout en peper.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Leg op 4 van de burgers een plak kaas en op de andere 4 een plak spek. Stapel telkens een van beide op elkaar. Bestrijk beide helften van de broodjes met mosterdmayonaise. Leg op de onderste helft wat plakjes zoetzure komkommer en leg er de burgerstapel op.
