class=\"direction-step\">Smelt de boter in een braad- of hapjespan.<br \/>Laat het schuim in 3 \u00e0 5 minuten uitbruisen en<br \/>naar beneden zakken. Als het diep goudbruin is en naar geroosterde noten en karamel ruikt, is het klaar. Schenk de boter (met harde stukjes) in een mengbeker en laat lauw worden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng tarwebloem, bakpoeder en zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Klop eieren, eidooier, suiker en vanille-extract met de mixer in 5 minuten licht en luchtig.<br \/>Spatel de gezeefde, droge ingredi\u00ebnten in twee porties met een garde door het eimengsel. Voeg krenten met welvocht en sinaasappelrasp toe en druppel de helft van de beurre noisette langs de wand van de kom erbij. Spatel zachtjes tot deze opgenomen is, doe hetzelfde met de tweede portie.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bewaar het beslag in een afgedekte kom in de koelkast, minimaal 1 uur en maximaal 2 dagen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de oven tot 185 \u00b0C (heteluchtstand). Bestrijk de bakvorm met boter en bestrooi met bloem *). Schep een flinke eetlepel van het koude beslag in elke uitsparing, zodat ze driekwart vol zijn.<br \/>Bak 10 minuten, tot de madeleines goudbruin zyn en een spies er schoon uitkomt. Laat 1 minuut staan voor je ze op een rooster lost.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Was en droog de vorm voor je de tweede portie bakt.
