Spoel de kip daarna goed af met water zodat alle baking soda van de kip af is (doe je dit niet dan wordt de kip gigantisch zout).<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Dep de kip droog met keukenpapier en doe er\u00a0<strong>2 tl maizena<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>1 tl rijstazijn<\/strong>\u00a0bij, laat 5 minuten marineren.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook\u00a0<strong>300 g rijst<\/strong>\u00a0zoals aangegeven op de verpakking.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snij\u00a0<strong>1 rode ui<\/strong>\u00a0in halve ringen, snij\u00a0<strong>2 teentjes knoflook<\/strong>\u00a0fijn, snij\u00a0<strong>1 rode paprika<\/strong>\u00a0in reepjes,\u00a0<strong>2 wortels<\/strong>\u00a0in plakjes,\u00a0<strong>100 g shiitake<\/strong>\u00a0in plakjes en verwijder de zaadlijsten van\u00a0<strong>\u00bd komkommer<\/strong>, snij deze in grove stukken.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maak de saus door de volgende ingredi\u00ebnten goed te mengen:\u00a0<strong>1 verkruimeld blokje groentebouillon<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>2 el vissaus<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>3 el ketjap<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>2 el rijstazijn<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>6 el gembersiroop<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>2 el sweet chili saus<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>4 el sojasaus<\/strong>.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit\u00a0<strong>olie<\/strong>\u00a0in een wokpan, fruit de ui en knoflook even aan. Voeg de kip toe en bak bijna gaar. Voeg dan de paprika, shiitake, wortel,\u00a0<strong>125 g babyma\u00efs<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>75 g peultjes<\/strong>\u00a0toe en bak dit gaar.
