olie en bak de uien hierin. Hak de knoflook fijn, voeg deze samen met de uien toe aan de pan en laat alles op laag vuur garen. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de udon noedels volgens aanwijzing op de verpakking.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de gochujang pasta toe. Als deze opgelost is 2 flinke eetlepels pindakaas en sojasaus toevoegen. 5 \u00e0 10 minuten laten pruttelen. Voeg de sojaroom toe.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maal de saus fijn in de blender of met een staafmixer. Giet de udon noedels af en laat uitlekken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de spitskool fijn en klop de eieren los. Breng de eieren op smaak met zout en peper. Verhit een bakpan op middelhoog vuur met een beetje olie en bak de groene kool totdat deze gaar is. Voeg daarna de eieren toe en laat ze bakken tot een omelet ontstaat. Strooi de sesamzaadjes erover en zet eventueel een deksel op de pan zodat de bovenkant van de omelet ook goed gaart.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de noedels toe aan de saus. Voeg de spinazie toe en verwarm het geheel kort totdat de spinazie gaar is.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Hak de pinda\u2019s grof en snijd de basilicumblaadjes grof.
