cm.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng het water en de suiker in een pot en verwarm op een laag vuurtje. Doe de blokjes erbij en kook ze gaar, ongeveer max. 10 minuten<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Haal de blokjes uit het vocht, laat ze uitlekken en afkoelen.<strong>(bewaar het vocht!)<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook het vocht\u00a0daarna in tot siroopdikte.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de oven voor op 170\u00b0 C<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe alle droge ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom van een standmixer (of gewone kom)\u00a0 en meng deze.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg dan alle natte ingredi\u00ebnten toe en mix tot een glad beslag.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe de uitgelekte kweepeerblokjes erbij en meng voorzicht de blokjes door het deeg. Waarschijnlijk iets teveel..<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe het\u00a0beslag over in de voorbereide cakevorm.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bak de cake in ongeveer 60 minuten mooi gaar. Dit is oven afhankelijk, dus doe de priktest: steek er met een naald in, komt deze er droog uit dan is de cake klaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Afwerking<\/strong><br \/>Wanneer de cake is afgekoeld strijk je de cake in met de kweepeersiroop (eventueel\u00a0terug even\u00a0opwarmen) Bestrooi de cake nog met geroosterde amandelschaafsel en eventueel wat
