Laat de plak hartige taartdeeg ontdooien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de prei en gerookte kip in stukjes. Snijd de onderkant en steelaanzet van de koolraap, zodat hij stevig op de snijplank kan staan. Snijd de schil er van boven naar beneden vanaf. Verdeel de knol in 4 \u00e0 6 stukken en rasp die met de grove rasp in de keukenmachine.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit 2\/3 van de boter in een hapjespan en fruit hierin de koolraap en prei 5 min. Voeg de vadouvan toe en bak 1 min. mee. Schep het geheel af en toe om.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de vulling klop je 4 eieren\u00a0en meng dit met 200 ml cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche in een grote kom, 1 eetlepel mosterd en breng het op smaak met zout en peper.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Klop de eieren los met de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Snijd de bosuitjes in ringetjes. Meng de koolraap, prei, gerookte kip en de helft van de bosui door het eimengsel. Breng op smaak met peper en eventueel zout. Vet de quiche spring vorm in met de rest van de boter. Bekleed de quichevorm met de taartdeeg. Taartdeeg even met de roller iets groter maken. Verdeel het groente-kip-eimengsel over de bodem van de taart en bak de taart in ca. 40 min. in het midden van de oven gaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Laat de taart 15 min. afkoelen op een rooster en snijd in punten.
