kroontjes van de gewassen aubergines en snijd ze in vingerdikke plakken. Leg de plakken in een vergiet en bestrooi elke laag met wat zout. Zet iets zwaars op de plakken en laat ze zo ca. 30 minuten staan, zodat ze wat vocht kwijtraken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snipper intussen de gepelde ui fijn. Snijdt de tomaten in 4-en en verwijder zaadjes en vocht. Snijd het vruchtvlees klein.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit 2 eetlepels olie in een pan en fruit de ui. Voeg het gehakt toe en bak dit met een vork rul. Pers de gepelde knoflook erboven uit. Roer de tijm, peper, tomaten, peterselie en wijn erdoor en laat het mengsel nog even pruttelen. Voeg naar smaak zout en peper toe en neem de pan van het vuur.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Dep de plakken aubergine droog. Verhit in een koekenpan ca. 1 eetlepel olie en bak een de plakken aubergine aan beide kanten heel licht bruin. Laat ze uitlekken op keukenpapier en bak de rest van de plakken op dezelfde manier. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Beboter een ovenschaal en bestrooi de bodem met paneermeel. Leg de helft van de aubergine in de schaal, verdeel het gehaktmengsel erover en dek het af met de rest van de aubergine.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Klop het ei en de dooiers los. Roer de yoghurt en de <strong>helft<\/strong> van de kaas erdoor. Schenk het mengsel over de aubergines en strooi de rest van de kaas erover.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Zet de schaal in het midden van een voorverwarmde (175\u00b0C) oven en laat het gerecht in ca. 30 minuten goudbruin worden. Dek de schotel met aluminiumfolie af als het te bruin wordt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Schil de komkommer en snijdt in kleine blokjes (1cm).Doe de komkommer en de yoghurt in een kom en roer de olijfolie, citroensap en dille erdoor.
