Snijd de onderkant van de paksoi en het groen van de stelen. Kook 8 van de stelen ongeveer 30 seconden.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd het resterende groen in reepjes en bewaar dit voor de noedels. Snipper de ui en hak de knoflook fijn.\u00a0Rul het gehakt in een koekenpan, voeg de ui en knoflook toe. Voeg de ras el hanout, sojasaus en de tomatenpuree toe en roer goed door.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Leg de gekookte stengels in een ovenschaal en besprenkel met wat olie. Verdeel het gehakt over de stengels en plaats de ovenschaal 10 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bereid de noedels gaar volgens de verpakking.\u00a0Maak een dressing van de gochujang, sojasaus, sesamolie en het sap van de limoen. Verwarm de dressing in een koekenpan.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Roer de gegaarde glasnoedels door de dressing.
