Verhit wat olie in een pan en voeg de kool, knoflook, kerriepoeder, gemberpoeder en citroensap toe. Laat dit 15 minuten stoven.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de rijst.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de gehaktballetjes snijd je de uien en knoflook fijn. Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten in de keukenmachine en vorm er met natte handen balletjes van. Bak ze in een hete koekenpan met wat olie.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Breng het water met de kokosmelk, bruine suiker en het citroensap aan de kook. Voeg de pindapuree toe en blijf roeren tot de saus net begint te koken. Breng op smaak met een scheutje ketjap. Laat de balletjes in de pindasaus meegaren.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor het zoetzuur snijd je de uien in dunne ringen en meng het met azijn, suiker en het water.
