class=\"directions-title\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"directions-list\"><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de tofu in plakken en leg ze op keukenpapier of theedoek. Druk goed aan om overtollig vocht te verwijderen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rooster de koriander en komijn in een droge pan. Snijd de paprika, peper en knoflook in blokjes, voeg ze toe aan de specerijen en knijp er een limoen over uit. Voeg vervolgens wat gemberrasp en kurkuma toe. Pureer dit mengsel met een staafmixer en doe de puree terug in de pan. Voeg de serehstengel toe en breng het geheel aan de kook.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de tofu in blokjes. Verhit een flinke scheut olie en bak de blokjes tot ze goudbruin zijn. Giet het overtollige vet af en voeg de crispy chili, sojasaus en bruine suiker toe. Verwarm tot de saus goed aan de tofu blijft hangen.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de broccoli in kleine roosjes blancheer deze en voeg deze toe aan de curry. Schenk de kokosmelk erbij en laat het geheel zachtjes koken. Voeg de pindakaas toe en roer totdat deze volledig is opgelost. Breng op smaak met zout. Kook de noedels 2 \u00e0 3 minuten, afspoelen met koud water, uit laten lekken en voeg ze vervolgens toe aan de curry, laat ze kort meekoken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Breng het water met de kokosmelk, bruine suiker en het citroensap aan de kook. Voeg de pindapuree toe en blijf roeren tot de saus net begint te koken. Breng op smaak met een scheutje ketjap. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rooster de pinda\u2019s kort in een pan of oven.
