in blokjes.<br \/>Snipper 1 van de uien.<br \/>Kneus de peperkorrels of gebruik een pepermolen om ze fijn te malen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe de kippenbouten in een ruime (soep)pan en voeg de prei, water, winterpeen, ui, peperkorrels, tijm, het laurierblaadje, foelie en de helft van de peterselie toe.<br \/>Voeg geen zout toe (dit doe je pas later).<br \/>Breng aan de kook en schep eventueel het schuim (als de soep aan het koken is) eraf.\u00a0<br \/>Zet het vuur lager en laat de soep ongeveer 2 tot 3 uur zachtjes pruttelen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Als de soep lekker lang heeft opgestaan haal je de kip eruit.<br \/>Giet de bouillon door een vergiet en vang de bouillon op in een soeppan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">De groenten en kruiden die je overhoudt kun je nu weggooien; deze gebruik je alleen om smaak aan de bouillon te geven. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen de groenten wel te gebruiken in de soep maar die keuze is uiteraard aan jou.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Als de kip is afgekoeld kun je deze gaan pluizen. Dit doe je door het vlees van de botten en het vel te ontdoen en het vlees los te trekken met een vork. Zo houd je mooie dunne stukjes kip over en deze doe je weer terug in de bouillon.<br \/>Zet de bouillon met de kip weer op het vuur.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd het laatste uitje fijn en voeg deze samen met citroensap, de rest van de peterselie, vermicelli en de fijne soepgroenten toe.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Laat de kippensoep nog even een kwartiertje laten pruttelen en breng daarna de soep op smaak.
