Ze hebben de textuur van bieslook en sma-ken, niet zo verrassend, naar koriander. Pluk 5 gram korianderblaadies van de steeltjes af en hak de koriandersteeltjes fijn. Spoel de linzen goed af en laat ze uitlekken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Giet de zonnebloemolie in een middelgrote pan en zet hem op halfhoog tot hoog vuur. Doe de ui in de pan en laat hem regelmatig omscheppend 8 minuten bakken tot hij gaar en gekaramelliseerd is.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg kerriepoeder, chilivlokken, knoflook en gember toe en bak alles al roerend nog 2 minuten. Doe de linzen in de pan, roer 1 minuut en voeg de tomaten, koriandertakjes, 600 ml water, 1 theelepel zout en een royale hoeveelheid versgemalen peper toe.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Giet de kokosmelk in een kom en roer hem glad en romig. Houd 4 eetlepels ervan apart &#8211; die hebt u nodig bij het opdienen &#8211; en roer de rest door de soep. Breng hem aan de kook, laat hem op halfhoog vuur 25 minuten zachtjes koken tot de linzen gaar maar nog in model zijn. Voeg voor een iets dunnere soep nog wat water toe, zo&#8217;n 100-150 ml.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verdeel de soep over vier kommen, sprenkel de achtergehouden kokosmelk erover, bestrooi met
