Giet af en hou warm.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Pel\u00a0<strong>1 ui<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>2 teentjes knoflook<\/strong>\u00a0en snij fijn. Hak\u00a0<strong>75 g walnoten<\/strong>\u00a0grof en snij\u00a0<strong>150 g gorgonzola<\/strong>\u00a0in kleine stukjes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verhit\u00a0<strong>2 el olijfolie<\/strong>\u00a0in een ruime hapjespan en fruit de ui en knoflook hierin 2 minuten aan. Voeg in delen dan ook\u00a0<strong>600 g spinazie<\/strong>\u00a0toe. Breng op smaak met\u00a0<strong>sel<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>peper<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg, wanneer alle spinazie geslonken is,\u00a0<strong>250 ml slagroom<\/strong>\u00a0en de helft van de gorgonzola toe aan de spinazie. Roer door en zorg dat de gorgonzola goed door de saus smelt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de spaghetti en de helft van de walnoten toe aan de pan, meng goed met de spinazie. Voeg de overige gorgonzola toe en verwarm nog 1 minuut mee.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Serveer de spaghetti met de rest van de walnoten.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tip: Voeg voor meer groenten gehalveerde kastanjechampignons toe bij stap 3.
