Giet af maar hou warm en bewaar\u00a0<strong>3 el kookvocht<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snij ondertussen\u00a0<strong>500 g gekookte bieten<\/strong>\u00a0in stukken en pel\u00a0<strong>1 teentje knoflook<\/strong>. Ris de blaadjes van\u00a0<strong>een half bosje tijm<\/strong>. Hak\u00a0<strong>75 g walnoten<\/strong>\u00a0grof en verkruimel\u00a0<strong>125 g geitenkaas<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Pureer met een staafmixer de bieten, knoflook, helft van de tijm,\u00a0<strong>125 g cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/strong>\u00a0en een scheutje kookvocht tot een glad geheel. Breng de saus op smaak met\u00a0<strong>peper<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>sel<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de saus kort (het hoeft niet te koken) en meng de rigatoni door de
