oven voor op 200 graden. Was 1 kg rode aardappelen en snij in parten, je hoeft ze niet te schillen. Pel 2 rode uien en snij ook in parten. Snij 1 courgette in dikke plakken en 2 puntpaprika&#8217;s in repen. Halveer de venkel en verwijder de kern, snij de rest in de lengte in repen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verdeel de aardappelen en de groenten over een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. Pers 2 teentjes knoflook. Meng 2 el olijfolie, 1 el Provencaalse kruiden, de knoflook, peper en zout en een kommetje. Giet over de bakplaat heen en hussel door elkaar. Rooster 40 \u00e0 50 minuten in de oven totdat er een bruin kostje op komt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snij 400 g kipfilets in de lengte doormidden zodat je plattere filets maakt. Wrijf ze in met 2 el olijfolie. Bestrooi de kipfilets met 1 el Provencaalse kruiden, peper en zout. Leg de kipfilets de laatste 15 minuten bij de groenten in de oven. Je kan zo ook van te voren even bruin bakken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rooster 4 el pompoenpitten in een droge koekenpan goudbruin.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng 8 el yoghurt met 1 el olijfolie en een flinke snuf peper en zout in een kommetje.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verdeel de pompoenpitten over de traybake en serveer met de yoghurtdip.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tip: Serveer de traybake ook eens met kalamata olijven en\/of stukjes geitenkaas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-rating-star\"
