\/>200 gr raclette kaas<br \/>kropje ijsberg sla<br \/>4 burgerbollen\/sesam bolletjes<br \/>mayonaise<br \/>augurk<br \/><br \/><em>Voor de r\u00f6sti<br \/><\/em>200 ml zonnebloemolie of milde class=\"directions-title\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"directions-list\"><li class=\"direction-step\">Begin met de r\u00f6sti.\u00a0Rasp de aardappel en een uitje tot dunne reepjes (schijf SG4 of SG2), doe er een eitje bij en breng het op smaak met peper en zout.\u00a0<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng het goed. Smelt boter in de pan en bak het mengsel rustig in de pan. Het moet langzaam bakken. Draai het af en toe om.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maak 4 hamburgers. Breng op smaak met peper en zout en meng er een ei doorheen. Vorm met je handen de burgers. Laat ze opstijven in de koelkast.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de mayonaise:\u00a0kluts een eidooier en een eetlepel mosterd los en giet er daarna al roerend de olie erbij. Hou \u2018m lekker dik. Snijd augurk fijn en roer het door de mayonaise.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bak de spek uit tot het krokant is en laat het uitlekken op een bordje met keukenpapier. Bewaar het vet van de spekjes. Snijd de zachte bolletjes doormidden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In het vet van de spekjes bak je de burgers tot ze aan beide kanten goed bruin zijn. Ze zijn dan nog niet gaar. Leg ze in een ovenschaal en gaar ze verder in een oven op 180 graden.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Als de burger n\u00e9t niet gaar is leg je een plak raclette kaas er op en zet het terug in de oven. Bak een spiegelei voor op de r\u00f6sti.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Toast ondertussen de broodjes onder de grill (klep niet dicht doen!) of in een hete pan. Begin met een laagje kruidenmayonaise op het onderste broodje, dan een blaadje sla, vervolgens de burger met de gesmolten kaas en leg er nog wat extra gesmolten kaas op.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Dek af met een plakje spek en nog wat sla. Smeer de bovenkant van het broodje in met nog wat saus en leg het erop. Druk even aan.
