Maak de wok heet en doe er een laagje olie in. Snijd de rode peper fijn. Bak de gamba\u2019s aan met de knoflook en de peper. Breng op smaak met zout en haal ze uit de pan. Straks voeg je ze bij de mihoen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng het vlees met de kruidenmix en het zout. Bak deze in een laagje olie in de wok en haal deze uit de pan om straks bij de mihoen te voegen. Snijd het vlees in dunne reepjes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Knip de mihoen in niet te lange stukken, hierdoor mengt de mihoen makkelijker door de garnituur heen en plakt het minder aan elkaar vast.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Breng een pan water aan de kook. Zet het vuur uit en leg dan de mihoen er <strong>2 minuten<\/strong> in. Roer de mihoen ondertussen door. Giet ze af en spoel het met koud water. Zet het apart tot je de mihoen gaat bakken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Klop de eitjes los en bak er een omelet van. Rol deze op en snijd in repen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd alle groenten in reepjes (julienne), maak een wok gloeiend heet en bak de groenten aan.\u00a0Voeg de specerijen toe en de mihoen. Doe als laatste de gamba\u2019s en het varkensvlees erbij en bak het geheel zo\u2019n 2 minuten. Breng op smaak met zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de kokosmelk, sojasaus,  gemberpoeder en de basterdsuiker in een pannetje en roer zachtjes door totdat de suiker opgelost is. Voeg beetje bij beetje de pindakaas toe totdat deze helemaal is opgenomen in de saus en roer glad.  Voeg de sambal toe aan de sat\u00e9saus, doe dit met kleine beetjes zodat je tussendoor kan proeven hoe pittig de saus is. Voeg het citroensap toe en een beetje zout. Laat het een keer &#8216;blub&#8217; zeggen en doe het vuur uit. <br \/><br \/>Laat de sat\u00e9saus een paar minuten indikken.
