Breng het op smaak met wat peper en zout. Kook de eieren hard, pel ze en snijd ze vervolgens klein. Snijd de ijsbergsla in dunne reepjes en de rode ui in halve ringen. Hak de peterselie fijn. Meng deze ingredi\u00ebnten door elkaar.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maak vervolgens de puree. Snijd de aardappelen in gelijke stukken en was ze schoon. Kook de aardappels in water met wat zout ongeveer 20 min gaar. Giet ze af en kook ze ongeveer 2 min droog.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm ondertussen de melk. Schenk de melk bij de gekookte aardappels, voeg de boter toe en stamp het met een aardappelstamper tot puree. Snijd de dille fijn en roer dit door de puree.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Neem een ovenschaal en vet deze in met de boter. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de courgette in plakjes van ongeveer een \u00bd cm. Hak de knoflook fijn, snijd de rode ui in ringen en de tomaten in plakjes. Verspreid de helft van de aardappelpuree op de bodem van de ovenschaal. Verdeel daarop de gerookte zalm en daarna de spinazie. Verdeel de laatste puree over de spinazie en leg vervolgens de courgette pakjes om en om met de plakjes tomaten. Dan verdeel je de uienringen erop.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Trek de mozzarella uit elkaar en verdeel dit over de schotel. Als laatste verspreid je de gehakte knoflook erover. Bak de ovenschotel ongeveer 25 min af in de voorverwarmde oven.
