Giet ze af en laat ze afkoelen. Snijd ze vervolgens doormidden.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rasp de kaas en strooi dit op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Leg de kriel met de binnenkant naar beneden op de bakplaat. Schuif de plaat in een voorverwarmde oven op 180 graden voor 35, maximaal 40 minuten. Haal ze uit de oven en keer de plaat om. Haal het bakpapier er vanaf en verdeel de kriel per stuk. (Ze plakken aan elkaar vast door de kaas)<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de saus pureer je de knoflook en voeg je het bij de yoghurt. Snijd de kruiden fijn en meng ze er doorheen. Breng het op smaak met zout en peper.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snipper de ui en knoflook en meng ze met het gehakt. Verkruimel het beschuit en voeg er ei en specerijen aan toe. Breng op smaak met wat zout en peper. Roer het goed door elkaar en draai er balletjes van.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Bak de balletjes bruin in een koekenpan met een scheutje olie.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de ui en knoflook. Zet ze aan in een pan. Snijd alle groenten in blokjes en voeg ze samen met de specerijen toe. Blus ze af met het blikje tomatenblokjes. Voeg vervolgens het sap van de citroen en de gesneden rode peper toe. Laat dit 10 minuten stoven. Breng het op smaak met zout en peper.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng de gehaktballetjes met de saus. Als de saus dik genoeg is zet je het vuur uit.
