Asperges elk in drie\u00ebn snijden; kopjes apart houden. In pan met ruim water en zout aspergestukjes in 4 \u00e0 6 minuten net gaar koken; <br \/>kopjes na ca. 1 minuut toevoegen en meekoken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Intussen ham in reepjes snijden. Met kaasschaaf kaas in dunne flinters schaven. Asperges afgieten en goed laten uitlekken. In pan met ruim water en zout penne beetgaar koken volgens gebruiksaanwijzing.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Intussen in ruime pan boter smelten. Stukjes ham ca. 1 minuut zachtjes bakken. Asperges voorzichtig erdoor scheppen en ca. 1 minuut mee warmen.<br \/>Slagroom en cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche erdoor roeren en saus ca. 30 seconden goed doorwarmen. Op smaak brengen met zout en peper. Penne afgieten en door saus scheppen. Garneren met kaas.
