Marineer de kippendijen met de vijfkruidenpoeder en de vissaus. Bak vervolgens in de pan een in laagje olie, tot de kippendijen goudbruin zijn.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd ondertussen de tomaat in blokjes, snipper de ui, hak de tenen knoflook fijn en rasp de gember. Voeg dit dan allemaal toe aan de pan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe\u00a0er vervolgens ook lepel voor lepel de pindakaas bij. Roer het goed door en blus af met wat water, totdat de kippendijen net onder staan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de limoenblaadjes toe en kook het in tot een mooie dikke saus. Blus het daarna af met het sap van 1 limoen en breng het op smaak met wat verse limoenrasp.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maak ondertussen de kokos-bloemkoolpuree. Schil en snijd de aardappels in gelijke stukken en kook deze in 10 minuten gaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de bloemkool in stukken en bewaar de groene bladeren. Voeg de bloemkoolroosjes toe bij de aardappels en kook het nog 15 minuten samen verder gaar, met een snufje zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Breng intussen een extra pannetje met water aan de kook en voeg daaraan de bloemkoolbladeren toe met een snufje zout. Zodra het water opnieuw kookt, haal je de bladeren er weer uit. Leg de bloemkoolbladeren dan even in een bak koud water.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Giet de aardappels en bloemkool af en stoom droog. Voeg de kokosmelk toe en pureer fijn met een aardappelstamper. Voeg daarna nog de bloemkoolbladeren toe aan de puree.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ga verder met de gebakken pinda\u2019s. Bak de geraspte kokos 2 minuten in een koekenpan. Voeg de pinda\u2019s en de rietsuiker toe en bak het samen op een laag pitje nog 3 minuten. Laat het goed afkoelen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Strooi de gebakken pinda\u2019s voor het uitserveren over de pindakaaskip.
