Snijd de witte kool, wortels en rode peper fijn en bewaar in een kom. Doe de knoflook, gember, azijn, water, suiker en de kurkuma in een pan en breng dit aan de kook.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voeg de groenten toe. Breng het geheel aan de kook en zet vervolgens het vuur uit. Laat dit afkoelen en doe de atjar in een pot. Laat het goed afkoelen en serveer dit koud.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Voor de zoetzure saus zet je water op met de knoflook en de tomatenpuree. Breng het aan de kook en haal vervolgens de knoflook uit de pan. Voeg de suiker, azijn, gembersiroop, zout en peper toe.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook de rijst volgens de verpakking. Ga ondertussen verder met de Foe Yong Hai. Snijd de kipfilet in reepjes. Kook de kip in een klein beetje water. Als de kip gaar is haal je het uit de pan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Als de zoetzure tomatensaus is ingekookt, maak je een papje van het zetmeel met wat water. Laat de saus goed koken tot deze de juiste dikte heeft.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de prei, paprika en de champignons. Tik de eieren in een kom en klop ze los. Voeg de gesneden groenten, behalve de champignons, en de kip bij het opgeklopte ei. Voeg wat sesamolie en rijstazijn toe en roer alles door elkaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe een flinke scheut olie in een koekenpan en bak eerst de champignons. Voeg dan het eimengsel toe terwijl je door het mengsel blijft roeren. Bak tot de omelet gaar is en leg het op een bord. Giet de tomatensaus over de omelet.
