ruime pan in 16 minuten gaar met de rookworst er boven op.<br \/>Als de aardappels bijna gaar zijn de worst er af halen en de boerenkool er bovenop doen. Nog even doorkoken en af en toe in de aardappels prikken af ze gaar zijn.<br \/>Giet de aardappelen en boerenkool af en laat deze nog even een beetje droogkoken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de melk met de boter in een steelpan. Schenk bij de aardappelen en boerenkool en stamp tot een stamppot. Breng op smaak met de mosterd, peper en zout. Verdeel over de borden en serveer met de rookworst.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Variatietip:<\/strong><br \/>Je kunt de stamppot extra smaak en stevigheid geven door er 100 g geraspte oude kaas doorheen te mengen.<br \/><br \/><strong>Combinatietip:<\/strong><br \/>Lekker met extra mosterd of Piccalilly.<br \/><br \/><strong>Bewaartip:<\/strong><br \/>Je kunt de stamppot 1 dag van tevoren bereiden. Bewaar afgedekt in de koelkast. Warm op de dag zelf ca. 15 min. in een voorverwarmde oven op 175\u00b0C.
