Pepertje wassen, in de lengte halveren en grof hak-<br \/>ken.\u00a0Samen met gehakt, gemberpoeder, paneermeel, zout en <strong>ei <\/strong>door elkaar mengen in keukenmachine. Tot ca. 20 kleine balletjes rollen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook ondertussen de zilvervliesrijst.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In een <strong>grote<\/strong> braadpan olie verhitten. Balletjes voorzichtig in ca. 5 minuten rondom bruin<br \/>bakken. Uit pan nemen.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tomaten en ui in stukjes snijden. Paprika wassen, schoonmaken en in kleine stukjes snijden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Aan bakvet ui, pepertje, kerriepoeder, ketoembar en kaneel en chilivlokken toevoegen. Knoflook pellen en erboven uitpersen. Kruidenmengsel ca. 3 minuten al roerende bakken. Tomaten, paprika, tomatenpuree en 3 dI water toevoegen. Bouillontablet erboven verkruimelen.<br \/>Ca. 10 minuten zachtjes laten stoven, af en toe roeren.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Gehaktballetjes toevoegen en nog ca. 10 minuten zachtjes laten stoven. Op smaak bren-<br \/>gen met zout en chilipoeder.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Curry over vier borden verdelen.
