Rol ondertussen het pizzadeeg uit op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. De saus wordt niet gebruikt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Meng de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, nootmuskaat, (versgemalen) peper en eventueel zout en bestrijk het deeg ermee.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwijder de houtachtige onderkant van de asperges en halveer de asperges in de lengte. Snijd in stukjes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verdeel het spek en de asperges over het deeg en schaaf de kaas erover. Bak ca. 15 min. in het midden van de oven goudbruin en gaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Halveer ondertussen de tomaatjes en snijd de peterselie fijn. Verdeel de tomaatjes over de flamenkuchen en bestrooi met de peterselie.
