Snijd 2 cm van de onderkant af en snijd de asperges in stukken van 4cm. Kook 8 \u00e1 10 min. in ruim water.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Kook ondertussen de eieren hard. Laat de eieren schrikken onder koud stromend water en pel ze. Snijd ze doormidden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Pers de citroen uit. Snijd de anjovis in kleine stukjes. Klop de mayonaise met citroensap, de gesneden anjovis en de mosters met de garde los in een kom. Voeg druppelsgewijs de olie toe.
