<br \/><br \/>Snijd elke kipfilet in drie lange repen (of meerder kleine stukjes) en wrijf ze in met de rendangboemboe en een snufje zeezout en zwarte peper. <br \/><br \/>Wrijf de koekenpan met een propje keukenpapier in met olijfolie en leg de repen kip erin. <br \/><br \/>Schil de gember, snijd hem in luciferdunne reepjes, strooi de helft over de kip en bak het geheel 5 minuten. <br \/><br \/>Keer regelmatig om, of tot de repen kip donker en krokant zijn \u2013 ze moeten net niet zwartgeblakerd zijn.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Strooi de rest van de gember en rendang-boemboe in de diepe pan, giet het water en de bouillontabletten erbij, breng aan de kook. <br \/><br \/>Voeg de kokosmelk en noedels toe. <br \/><br \/>Snijd de maiskolfjes in de lengte doormidden, doe ze erbij, leg een deksel op de pan en laat 5 minuten koken. <br \/><br \/>Roer de gemengde groenten er de laatste minuut door, zodat ze net heet zijn, breng de soep op smaak en verdeel hem over warme kommen. <br \/><br \/>Blus de koekenpan af met de rodewijnazijn en verschuif de repen kip om het heerlijk plakkerige aanbaksel op te pikken. <br \/><br \/>Snijd de repen kip doormidden en serveer ze op de
