Vet een cakevorm van (springvorm) 25 centimeter in met boter en bekleed de bodem en twee zijkanten van de vorm met bakpapier.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Doe alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de cake in een kom en meng deze met een (hand)mixer met garde(s) tot een glad beslag. Mix het beslag niet te lang door, zodra het een homogeen beslag zonder klontjes is dan is het klaar. Schep het beslag in de cakevorm en strijk de bovenkant glad. Bak de kwarkcake in 55-70 minuten gaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Controleer of de cake gaar is door er een sat\u00e9prikker in te steken en die er weer uit te halen. Zit er geen beslag meer aan de prikker, dan is de cake gaar. Laat de cake kort afkoelen en haal hem vervolgens met behulp van het bakpapier uit de vorm. Laat de cake verder afkoelen op een rooster.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Het cakebeslag heb ik op smaak gebracht met de rasp van een sinaasappel, maar je kunt ook vanille(-extract of -merg) of citroen- of limoenrasp gebruiken. Ook is het erg lekker om grof gehakte pure chocolade door het beslag te mengen. Gebruik dan zo\u2019n 100 gram chocolade. Met dit recept kun je ook een appel of peren kwark cake bakken. Beleg het beslag dan voordat het de oven in gaat met partjes of stukjes appel of peer.
