Snijd de knoflook en de ui in grove stukken en fruit aan in de pan. Snijd ondertussen de kippendij in reepjes en voeg toe bij de ui en de knoflook. Bak de kip licht aan. Voeg een theelepeltje gemberpoeder toe bij de kip. Als alles goed is aangebakken, schenk je kippenbouillon erbij. Voeg dan ook de tomatenpuree, passata, gembersiroop, ketjap en een beetje sambal toe. Laat de smaken 10 minuten doortrekken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tik de eitjes in een kommetje en breng op smaak met zout en peper. Doe er wat ketjap bij en roer dit door elkaar. Bak er een omelet van en laat die goed afkoelen.\u00a0Voeg ondertussen de appelmoes toe aan de soep.\u00a0Maak dan een papje van de maizena met wat water en voeg beetje bij beetje toe aan de soep terwijl\u00a0je blijft roeren in de pan. Als de soep dik genoeg is stop je met toevoegen. Maak af met een heel klein scheutje azijn.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd dan het witte gedeelte van de prei in dunne stukken en was de taug\u00e9 met ijskoud water. Rol de omelet op en snijd er sliertjes ervan af. Doe de gesneden omelet en de groenten in een soepkom of pak een diep bord.
