Kook ze daarna in een gesloten pan in 2 uur gaar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de droge worsten half door en doe ze met water in de pan zodat ze net onder staan. Voeg de bouillonblokjes en de laurier toe en breng dit aan de kook. Snijd intussen de prei en de uien in grove stukken.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Als de worsten drie kwartier zachtjes gekookt hebben (met het deksel op de pan) kun je de prei, peper en uien toevoegen. Voeg wederom (gekookt) water toe tot 2 cm onder de prei en uien. Laat dit 2 uurtjes zachtjes doorkoken met het deksel op de pan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Haal de droge worsten uit de pan en snijd ze in kleinere stukjes. Voeg de bruine bonen toe (niet uit laten lekken!).
