knolraap en snijd hem in plakken van ca. 1 cm dik. Kook de plakken in water met wat zout in ca. 5 minuten beetgaar. Giet af en laat uitlekken.<br \/>Meng de mosterd, de olie, de azijn, de ahornsiroop en de sjalot met wat zout en peper door elkaar. Leg de plakken knolraap op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat en bestrijk de bovenkant met ca. 1\/3 van de marinade.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rooster de noten en het korianderzaad in een droge pan tot ze lichtbruin kleuren en lekker ruiken. Hak de noten fijn en meng ze met het korianderzaad, de citroenschil en wat zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Verwarm de oven voor op de grillstand. Gril de knolraap 3-4 minuten in de oven tot de bovenkant mooi geblakerd is. Neem uit de oven en draai de plakken om. Bestrijk ook de andere kant met 1\/3 van de marinade en zet weer in de oven tot de knolraap van beide kanten mooi gegrild is.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Neem uit de oven. Bedruip de knolraap met de overgebleven marinade en bestrooi met de<br \/>notencrunch.
