aardappelen, zout<br \/>Schil de aardappelen en kook ze gaar in lichtgezouten water.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">5 stronkjes\u00a0prei<br \/>Snijd het donkergroen van de prei en spoel de stronken grondig onder stromend water. Snijd de preien in dikke ringen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">boter, 2 takjes\u00a0tijm, 2 blaadjes\u00a0laurier, peper<br \/>Smelt een klont boter in de pan en stoof de prei. Kruid met tijm, laurier, peper en zout en doe er een bodempje water bij. Laat braiseren (smoren) op een zacht vuur onder deksel tot de prei zacht is.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">600 g\u00a0gemengd gehakt<br \/>Smelt een klont boter in een andere pan. Breek het gehakt met een vork in stukken en bak het goudbruin in de boter. Kruid eventueel bij met peper en een snuifje zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong>De kaassaus<\/strong><br \/><br \/>30 g\u00a0boter, 40 g\u00a0bloem<br \/>Smelt 30 g boter in een pan en roer er de bloem door. Laat de roux even opdrogen tot het een beetje naar koekjes ruikt.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">75 cl\u00a0melk<br \/>Giet de melk bij de roux en roer tot een gladde, niet te dikke saus.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">250 g\u00a0geraspte Emmentaler, 1\u00a0citroen, peper, zout, nootmuskaat<br \/>Roer de kaas door de saus en kruid met peper, zout, nootmuskaat en een klein beetje citroensap.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong>Afwerken en serveren<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Verwarm de ovengrill voor op 200 \u00b0C.<br \/><strong>TIP<\/strong>\u00a0Je kan de ovenschotel perfect van tevoren maken en in de koelkast bewaren. Maak de saus vlak voor je de schotel in de oven zet. Hou er rekening mee dat het gerecht dan wat langer in de oven moet staan.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">1\u00a0ei, scheutjes\u00a0melk<br \/>Giet de aardappelen af en plet ze met een scheutje melk, een klontje boter en een eierdooier tot puree. Kruid met een snuif zout en nootmuskaat.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Schep de puree in een ovenschaal en strijk glad.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Haal de tijm en laurier uit de prei en leg hem op de puree. Schep er het gehakt over.
