linzen-gehaktballetjes de rode linzen (6-8 min.) in water zonder zout. Giet af en laat goed uitlekken.<br \/><br \/>Stoof de ui, knoflook en champignons gaar in een beetje olie en kruid met peper en zout.<br \/>Schep samen met de linzen in een blender en hak fijn. Meng met het gehakt, het ei en het broodkruim.  Kruid met voldoende peper, zout en nootmuskaat.<br \/><span>Het moet niet te nat zijn!<\/span><br \/><strong>Zet minstens 1 uur in de koelkast.<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Rooster voor de boerenkoolpesto de zonnebloempitten in een droge pan tot ze goed<br \/>geuren en laat ze afkoelen. Maak de boerenkool schoon en ontdoe van stengels. Rasp de kaas. Doe de boerenkool, olie, knoflook, zonnebloempitten, kaas, peper en een snufje zout in de blender en hak fijn. Voeg enkele druppels citroensap of azijn toe naar smaak, proef en kruid bij met peper en zout.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Maak je handen nat en rol bolletjes van het linzen-gehaktmengsel.<br \/>Verhit een scheutje olie in een koekenpan met antiaanbaklaag en bak er de linzen-gehaktballetjes in 10-12 minuten rondom goudbruin en gaar in. <br \/><br \/>Kook intussen de spaghetti (1&#215;200 g)volgens de aanwijzing op de verpakking beetgaar in gezouten water. Giet af.<br \/><br \/>Meng de spaghetti met de pesto en serveer met de gehaktballetjes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tip: Wil je liever vegetarische balletjes?<br \/>Vervang het gehakt door 100 g champignons en 150 g linzen. Je kunt de balletjes zelfs helemaal vegan maken.
